Kitchenettes are equipped with a gas counter top stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer drying, and come fully stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware, tableware, toaster, kettle, chopping boards, and cookings pots.
The apartment comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, sofa, table with two chairs, and a smart TV.

Yes, all utility bills including high speed wifi are included in your rent so there are no additional costs.

Yes, car parking in The Lamrock’s secure underground garage, however spacing is limited so please request upon application.
